Branch Manager / Assistant Branch Manager (Working at Sukhumvit 23 Branch)

The Branch Manager is responsible for managing the branch to ensure smooth operations and achieve the company's profit targets. Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily in-store operations to ensure efficiency
• Planning and setting sales targets for the branch
• Controlling customer service to maintain quality and brand standards
• Scheduling work shifts and ensuring sufficient staff coverage
• Training and developing the team to meet standard skills
• Monitoring costs, expenses, and branch performance
• Tracking inventory and placing orders to ensure sufficient stock for sales
• Implementing company policies and workplace safety regulations
• Resolving immediate problems involving customers or staff appropriately
• Reporting operational results to management and making improvements according to business goals

Qualifications: Age 25-35 years old Bachelor's degree or equivalent (related fields will be given special consideration) At least 2–3 years of experience in service, restaurants, or branch management Skills in team management, training, and personnel development Systematic problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Excellent English communication and customer service skills
