Process Engineer

The Process Engineer will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and monitoring technological processes, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and product quality within the plant. The role requires close cooperation with production, quality control and  maintenance.

Analyze and optimize technological processes in production to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Develop and update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), WI (Work Instructions), and technological guidelines for all production stages.

Prepare and maintain detailed process documentation, including PFDs, process descriptions, and technical reports.

Monitor production parameters, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions.

Support operational teams in troubleshooting technical issues during production.

Participate in planning and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.

Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with industrial safety and environmental standards.

Collaborate with the laboratory team to ensure product quality and consistency.

Assist in commissioning of new equipment and participate in optimization projects.

Provide training to operators and supervisors on technological processes and SOPs.

Support management in preparation of technical data for reporting, CAPEX/OPEX planning, and process improvement projects.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

At least 2–3 years of experience in industrial, metallurgical, chemical, or manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of technological process control and industrial safety standards.

Experience in preparing technical documentation and SOPs.

Ability to analyze process data, identify problems, and propose solutions.

Proficiency in English and Armenian languages

Excellent computer skills (MS Office; advantage: AutoCAD, process simulation software).

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
