Butler (Guest Personal Assistant)

Establish preliminary contact with the guest, prepare a complete leisure program including booking all desired services, transfers, rooms, etc.; Ensure the comfort and satisfaction of hotel guests; Assist in organizing leisure and entertainment; Assist with luggage; Ensure effective interaction with all hotel departments to provide high-quality service; Execute guest requests in accordance with hotel operating standards; Inform guests about hotel events, services, and offers.

Requirements

Secondary vocational or higher education; Proficient PC user; Experience in the service industry is an advantage, ability to communicate with VIP guests; Knowledge of the basics of etiquette and guest service ethics, hotel service standards; Knowledge of English (conversational level).
