Butler Supervisor

Control and coordination of the operational work of butlers (premium service specialists); Resolution of conflict situations with Guests; Control of compliance with operational activity standards; Accompanying VIP Guests; Creating the butler service distribution, maintaining timesheets; Control and accounting of inventory within the chalet complex territory; Staff training; Safety control and operational response to incidents; Effective interaction with all Hotel services.

Requirements

Experience working as an F&B Supervisor, butler supervisor/ chief concierge/ guest service manager (in luxury hotels of international chains); Experience working in OPERA; English language no lower than B2 level; Knowledge of cash discipline.

Secondary vocational education; Experience: 1 year
