Software Accounting Consult (ที่ปรึกษาด้านระบบซอฟต์แวร์บัญชี)

1. Respond to chats and calls, providing professional advice on using the accounting system to customers.
2. Check and provide Feedback on AI responses to develop the system to be smarter and more direct.
3. Investigate and analyze the causes of problems encountered by customers to find precise solutions.
4. Create system user manuals (Manual/FAQ) that are easy to understand and can be followed immediately.
5. Follow up and coordinate with the Developer team and the accounting team to resolve customer problems quickly.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Management, or other fields with an accounting background. Service-minded. Able to learn new systems and technologies quickly. Good communication skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Detailed, careful, and always verifies information before communicating. Open to feedback and always ready to develop oneself. Able to read English at a good level to use tools and study various information (English communication skills are not required).
