A motorcycle and scooter importer in the Sharon area is looking for a Spare Parts, Service, and Sales Specialist for the technical service department.

We are looking for a high-quality employee, with a technical orientation, high service consciousness, and sales ability, for a central role in the technical service department. The role combines customer service, sales of spare parts and accessories, inventory management, and working with suppliers locally and abroad.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Providing professional service to the company's customers, agents, and service centers.
• Sales of spare parts, accessories, and related products.
• Handling telephone, digital, and face-to-face inquiries.
• Managing the spare parts warehouse and its ongoing organization.
• Receiving goods, picking, and preparing orders.
• Performing inventory counts and inventory control.
• Responsibility for inventory replenishment and spare parts availability.
• Identifying shortages and initiating orders according to market needs and activity.
• Working with suppliers and manufacturers locally and abroad.
• Working with the service and sales departments.
• High-level sales and service ability.
• Order, organization, and attention to detail.

• Good command of computer applications and information systems.
