Role Description

The Armos team is growing and we are looking for an Assistant Engineer/Production Supervisor to help support the production line department of precast concrete elements. The role combines technical knowledge with leadership skills: reporting to the Production Supervisor/Engineer and having direct supervision of shift personnel, equipment, and production quality. If you have experience in an industrial environment, know how to organize teams, and ensure that production runs correctly, we want to meet you.

Role Responsibilities

• Supervision and coordination of the production process during the shift
• Organization, guidance, and evaluation of production personnel
• Ensuring adherence to the production schedule, technical specifications, and delivery timelines
• Monitoring and quality control during the production process in collaboration with the Quality department
• Collaboration with the Technical Department for drawing analysis and solving technical issues
• Monitoring the proper functioning of equipment and coordination with the Maintenance department
• Implementation and enforcement of health and safety protocols for all personnel
• Recording production data, reporting deviations, and proposing corrective actions

Required Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

• University/TEI Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related specialty
• 2-3 years of experience in a supervision or production coordination position in an industrial environment
• Knowledge of basic production principles, quality control, and industrial organization
• Good knowledge of English and comfort using computers (MS Office)
• Possession of a driver's license
