Chemist and Technical Service

• Visit customer sites to analyze and resolve problems
• Provide advice on selecting products suitable for the customer's production processes
• Present and test new products in collaboration with the R&D team to demonstrate actual efficiency to customers
• Prepare summary reports of problems and suggestions for Quality Improvement

Qualifications: Male Male, Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Petroleum Chemistry, or related fields (open to those with direct experience) Basic skills in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to create test reports or work summaries Able to perform Product Demonstration and train customer employees to use products correctly and safely Able to analyze on-site problems (e.g., peeling, non-drying, adhesion issues) and propose immediate solutions Understanding of Coatings production processes, surface coatings, industrial chemicals, Lab Testing, and Application Techniques English at a communicative level (able to read technical manuals and MSDS/TDS documents) Good interpersonal skills, able to act as an effective coordinator between Sales, R&D, and customers Must have a driver's license and a private car, as site visits to meet customers or resolve on-site problems are required Service Mind, able to work under pressure, detail-oriented, and committed to achieving technical sales goals Experience in technical service will be given special consideration
