Engineering Supervisor (Pattaya Project)

• Manage and control the operations of the engineering department in accordance with the policies and goals set by the company.
• Plan and control all engineering systems, all Utility systems, prepare all PM systems, including various work systems to increase efficiency to meet the company's needs.
• Manage, control, and supervise employees to comply with company regulations; improve and develop personnel, working methods, and equipment to be safe and efficient.
• Prepare work plans and implement energy conservation measures, as well as organizational cost reduction.
• Coordinate between departments or other units to achieve goals.

Qualifications:

• Have good knowledge of utility systems, plumbing, electricity, and air conditioning.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related fields.
• Have at least 5 years of experience as an Engineering Manager in hotel facilities or hospitals.
• Have good interpersonal skills.
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Able to resolve immediate situations promptly, possess leadership, composure, and prudence.
• Have good communication and coordination skills.
• Have knowledge and understanding of GMP, HACCP, ISO, BRC, and KAIZEN systems.
• Have good English communication skills.
