Machine Operator required for a leading company in the plastics field

Job Description:

• Responsibility for the continuous and proper operation of production machines throughout the shift
• Production of high-quality products in accordance with procedures and quality standards
• Identification and handling of basic technical malfunctions in the machine
• Maintaining operational continuity and meeting production targets

Working hours in shifts:

• Morning shift: 06:00–14:30
• Evening shift: 14:30–23:00
• Night shift: 23:00–06:00
• Willingness to work on weekends as needed is required

Conditions:

• Shuttles from Ashdod and Ashkelon
• Subsidized meals

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in machine operation in industry – Mandatory
• Technical background and ability to handle basic malfunctions – Mandatory
• Experience working with complex machines and responsibility for product quality – Mandatory
• Basic knowledge of English (work screens in English)
• Responsibility, perseverance, and ability to work independently
