Collections Representative required for an international shipping company

Is the Finance department looking to get a foot in the door in the field of finance and collections? This is your opportunity! We are recruiting a Collections Representative with a desire to learn and develop in the field - no previous experience required. The role includes: handling collections from customers in Israel and abroad, monitoring debts and collection reports, working with internal and external interfaces, updating data and monitoring in the company's systems. Scope of position: Full-time, Sun-Thu, hours 07:00-16:00 / 08:00-17:00, once a week it is mandatory to stay until 17:00. Affinity and a genuine desire to integrate into the finance/collections field - mandatory, familiarity with Tifnit and Unifreight systems - significant advantage, Bookkeeping certificate type 1+2 - significant advantage, proficiency in Office and especially Excel - mandatory, good level of English (reading and speaking) - mandatory, ability to manage objects and negotiation, order and organization, working under pressure, and good interpersonal skills.
