• Provide on-site service and technical support for laser machines at customer factories.
• Install, test, and maintain laser machines at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot and solve machine problems to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate and work with Chinese engineers from the factory during installation and service activities.
• Provide basic operation guidance and after-sales support to customers.
• Prepare simple service reports and documentation.
• Travel frequently to up-country industrial estates for customer support.
• Set parameters and support setup for new laser machine models

Qualifications: Male or Female, Age 22-30 years Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechatronics engineering New graduates are welcome to apply. Good command of general computer programs (AUTOCAD, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF). Good command of English, and computer literacy. Good command of Chinese will be considered. Has Experience handle machine will be considered. Good interpersonal, negotiation, communication, and professional skills. Has service mind and skill of solve the immediately problem. Open to learn new skills. Own car and driving license Can work at the up-country Can accompany with Chinese engineers from Factory sometimes. (They only Speak Chinese or English
