Production Planning & Control Senior/Supervisor (Automotive Parts)-ชลบุรี

∙ Salary: THB 26,000–30,000 per month, plus a THB 1,600 position allowance after probation Employment: Permanent

∙ Mind Edge Recruitment is seeking a Production Control Supervisor for an established automotive manufacturing company. You will oversee production and material plans, coordinate suppliers and a subcontract assembly operation, and ensure products are delivered on schedule. The role supervises a small team and offers a potential career path toward Assistant Manager.

Key responsibilities

∙ Monitor production and material plans across product models, and prepare production plans for assigned models. ∙ Oversee the ordering process, supplier delivery schedules and component availability. ∙ Follow up on changes to delivery dates, supply issues and potential component shortages; coordinate solutions with suppliers. ∙ Monitor inventory levels held by suppliers and review supplier performance. ∙ Coordinate with a subcontractor responsible for assembling automotive HVAC products, including materials, store operations and delivery. ∙ Oversee outsourced production of components such as control panels and pipes, including related orders and delivery follow-up. ∙ Review customer forecasts and sales information to support production and shipping plans. ∙ Coordinate order and shipping requirements for new models and spare parts with the customer service team. ∙ Monitor warehouse and shipping activities, resolve delivery issues, and support product sorting and traceability when needed. ∙ Supervise and support a team of approximately three employees. ∙ Communicate work progress and issues with the management team, including a Japanese General Manager.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. At least 4-5 years of experience in production control, production planning, material planning or a closely related manufacturing function. Experience supervising employees or leading a production control team.(3 คน) Hands-on experience coordinating suppliers, subcontractors, inventory and delivery schedules. Ability to communicate in English for work discussions with Japanese management. Strong planning, problem-solving and cross-functional coordination skills. Experience in automotive manufacturing or automotive components is an advantage.
