Plant/Production Manager (Affiliated with Jacos Manufacturing) Samut Sakhon Province

1. Factory Construction Project Monitoring (Pre-Operation Responsibility)

• Jointly inspect factory blueprints, production Layout, and employee-raw material Flow.
• Verify designs comply with GMP, ISO 22716, Safety, and อย. standards.
• Work with contractors, designers, and Utility system companies to ensure installation is suitable for actual usage.
• Inspect key areas such as production rooms, filling rooms, QC Lab, R&D, raw material storage, DI Water, Air Compressor, Chiller, HVAC.
• Report project progress to executives, along with notifying risks or on-site problems.
• Coordinate system testing (Commissioning) such as water, electricity, air, and cleanliness systems.
• Prepare factory readiness before GMP Pre-Audit.

1. Production Management

• Plan and control production to follow the work plan.
• Manage KPIs such as Output, Yield, Efficiency.
• Control the Weighing–Measuring–Mixing–Filling processes to be correct according to WI.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to control RM/PM sufficiency.

1. Quality & Compliance

• Control work according to GMP, ISO 22716, and อย. systems.
• Work with QA/QC to resolve Deviation, OOS, CAPA.
• Support Audits from government agencies and customers.

1. People Management

• Manage Production, QC, QA, and Maintenance teams.
• Allocate manpower appropriately to the production plan.
• Organize quality and safety training for the team.

1. Engineering & Maintenance

• Control PM/CM plans for machinery.
• Minimize machine Downtime.
• Analyze and resolve machinery equipment problems.

1. Safety Management

• Work with Safety Officers (จป.).
• Control work areas to comply with factory safety laws.

1. Cost Management

• Analyze production costs.
• Reduce waste and loss.
• Prepare monthly summary reports for executives.

Qualifications: Age not exceeding 45 years. Bachelor's degree or higher: Industrial Engineering, Food, Chemical, or related fields. Able to work at the factory in Samut Sakhon. 5–10 years or more of experience in managing cosmetic / dietary supplement / pharmaceutical / medical device / OEM factories. Experience managing teams of 30–100 people. Experienced in supporting ASEAN GMP, ISO22716, or อย. Audits. Understand production processes: Mixing, Homogenizer, Filling, Packing. Can use ERP / MRP / WMS / read factory blueprints (Drawing / P&ID). Understand Utility systems such as DI Water, Chiller, Air Compressor, HVAC. High leadership, good immediate problem-solving skills, meticulous, proactive, clear communication, and able to work well under pressure. English language skills at a communicate level. Knowledge of factory safety. If you have a Management-level Safety Officer (จป.) certificate, it will be specially considered.
