CEO for a government company engaged in the field of agricultural insurance

Hashma Group is recruiting for a government company a CEO for a company engaged in the field of agricultural insurance. The role includes: Management of the company across all its activities and in accordance with the requirements and instructions of the Board of Directors. Preparation of a work plan and budget. Preparation of quarterly and annual reports for the Board of Directors. Responsibility for business development and the organization's profitability. Conduct and interfaces with public and governmental bodies. Representing the company and building a positive image. An academic degree in Engineering/Economics/Business Administration/Law/Accounting/Public Management/Agriculture - mandatory. At least 5 years of experience as a CEO in public companies or managing a business corporation with an average business turnover/annual business management scope of at least 100 million NIS per year - mandatory. Proven experience in managing public entities with interfaces with government ministries. High level of English.
