CEO of a Foreign Workers Company

A CEO is required for a company engaged in the import, management, and operation of foreign workers providing services to companies in Israel. Must have experience in managing complex systems and familiarity with the world of foreign workers. The role includes: Management of ongoing business and operational activity. Formulation and leadership of the ongoing business and operational strategy. Management of the recruitment system. Building an operational, service, and compliance system in accordance with legal requirements. Recruitment and leadership of a professional management team. Overall responsibility for budgets, targets, and business performance. Relevant academic degree. Senior management experience of at least 5 years in establishing companies or operational systems - mandatory. Experience working with government offices - advantage. Background in managing service/manpower/infrastructure/logistics companies. High level of English. Strategic thinking and business vision.
