Hashma Group is recruiting a National Operations Manager for an income-producing real estate company. The role includes: Management of all operational activities at the organization's sites. Initiating and managing procurement processes and complex agreements with various suppliers. Budget construction and management—construction of strategic and annual plans and driving the team to meet goals. Working with authorities. Management of a team of employees and outsourced companies. A relevant academic degree. At least 5 years of experience as a National Operations Manager in an income-producing real estate company—mandatory. Proven experience in managing a large team of employees. Proven experience in budget preparation and management. Very high level of English. The position is intended for both women and men.
