Production Process Development Officer

1. Collaborate in inventing, analyzing, and developing/improving processes, both for existing products currently in production and for creating new products, to increase product value and quality, as well as to reduce production costs.
2. Design experiments to find optimal settings for machinery for the purpose of troubleshooting or improving production processes.
3. Prepare development and improvement plans for production processes.
4. Analyze and monitor news and technology regarding process development to use as supporting information for process development.
5. Coordinate with relevant departments and drive efficient implementation and waste reduction.
6. Establish production standards for products when new products are produced or when production processes change.
7. Request repairs, construction, extensions, or the purchase of raw materials, supplies, and tools related to the department's operations.
8. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: No gender limit, Age 24-35 years old. Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science and Technology or other related fields. Able to work under pressure. Possess good leadership and followership qualities. Good interpersonal skills and clear communication/transmission skills. Able to use Microsoft Office computer programs. Have knowledge and understanding of production process development and improvement. Have knowledge of the English language.
