Pallet Customer Service Officer

Job Accountabilities Key scope of work •Prepare document for account approval and open pallet account in the system (WPCS or PCS) •Provide information to customer re: username, password •Prepare hires’ document for issuing rental contract for Boon Rawd •Verify hires’ plastic pallet loss and damage amount and indemnity to BRS •Follow up on pending transfer movement or incomplete PCD/ECD dockets •Follow up on pending transfer movement of Loss/Damage PCD/ECD dockets •Verify damaged pallets transfer to both Boon Rawd and trading partners •Collect/gather information relating to lost or damaged pallets from sites and trading partners •Check against central list to verify that trading partner's Loscam account is open and valid •Resolve disputes within internal Boon Rawd accounts •System (PCS/WPCS) database administration support for uses (provide data sets etc as required) •Monitor "Issue Pallet" from Loscam, for pallets entering the BRT/BRB pallet pool •Identify and summarize delay transportation costs send to Account team to issue billing to sub-contractors •Summarize monthly plastic pallet rental amounts and revenues to BRS

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Commerce or similar field 1 - 5 years working experience Customer focused, strong communication skills
