Internal Business Analyst(นักวิเคราะห์กลุ่มลูกค้าภายใน)

Job Accountabilities

• Planning, finding information, analyzing, designing solutions and recruiting new service/ new customers to meet the goals and guidelines set.
• Prepare profit and loss analysis for providing services to customers.
• Control and follow up current customers to meet the set goals.
• Prepare reports, track and set weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue estimates in order to meet the goals set.
• Build a relationship and analyze the needs of existing customers to achieve service satisfaction.
• Including receiving complaints from customers. Coordinate relevant parties to find conclusions and ways to solve problems for customers.
• Prepare documents for the appointment of new customers and check your financial status request credit approval before starting work make a presentation outlining the details of new customers.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor (if any).

Qualifications: Graduated with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a field related to logistics work. Knowledge and understanding of logistics work. Have experience related to the position of at least 3 years. Can manage or work under time constraints well. Ability to present information effectively.
