HS& E Specialist
Your tasks
Position Summary Role responsibilities for implementing and monitoring the operation corporate for Safety, Health and Environment policies, compliances and Management System including site-specific standards, procedures and behavioral program in relation to HS& E thru training, coaching and influencing for sustainability of HS& E. Job Accountabilities •Execute and monitor Safety, Health & Environment plan and projects as the strategy •Maintain and improve safety reporting •Complete risk assessment of all current work practices •Drive and support ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) •Investigate incidents to find root cause and contributing factors with implementing the appropriate control •Conduct the training to all company, contractors and subcontractors •Ensure contractors compliances as policies & procedures •Conduct site safety inspection for safe/unsafe working conditions and behaviors •Consultation, coaching, implementing and influence leadership to set and enforce regulations, standards and targets •Execute the assigned tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety.
- Have at least 2 years working experience in HS& E, incident investigation, HS& E Trainer
- Able to travel upcountry
