A leading company in the field of medical assistance and evacuations is looking for International Medical Assistance Coordinators for an operational, dynamic, and interesting role, involving the management and coordination of medical events for Israelis residing abroad, in an operational center operating 24/7.

Your tasks
What do you do in the role?
- Management and coordination of medical assistance files for insured persons abroad
- Working with hospitals, doctors, and international entities
- Coordination of flights, medical teams, and returning insured persons to Israel?
- Managing multiple tasks simultaneously and working with computerized systems?
- Providing professional and sensitive responses to people at the moments they need help most?
Requirements
No previous experience required – training is on us!
Job Requirements
- Very good English – ability to conduct a fluent conversation in English – Mandatory
- Good technological orientation and ability to work with multiple systems simultaneously – Mandatory
- Availability for 5 shifts per week, including weekend shifts – Mandatory
- Multitasking ability, order and organization, and working in a dynamic environment?
- High service orientation, personal responsibility, initiative, and fast learning ability?
- Availability for 5 shifts per week, including weekend shifts – Mandatory
- Desire to integrate and develop within the company in the long term?
- Experience in customer service, operational centers, or operations roles – Significant advantage.

60 ₪ per hour + shift supplements and bonuses | Full training provided by the company!
