Corporate Account Manager
1) Building long-term partnerships with corporate clients: establishing and maintaining personal contacts with decision-makers and key employees in the client company; 2) Organizing and conducting meetings (including online) to discuss current projects, development plans, and resolve emerging issues; 3) Conducting presentations of the company's products, services, and new solutions, taking into account the specifics of the client's business; 4) Increasing sales, meeting and exceeding sales plans; 5) Conducting negotiations on contract terms, including the coordination of prices, discounts, delivery times, and commercial terms; 6) Concluding and supporting contracts with corporate clients. Monitoring their execution by the company. 7) Resolving conflict situations: prompt response to client complaints and claims. Identifying the causes of problems and eliminating them by involving related departments (logistics, production, accounting); 8) Coordinating internal resources, setting tasks for other company departments to meet client needs; 9) Analyzing client needs: in-depth study of the client's business, its goals, problems, and development plans to identify new opportunities for cooperation; 10) Preparing reporting: regular preparation of reports on work performed, client status, and sales forecasts for one's management; 11) Controlling accounts receivable, monitoring the timeliness of payments from the client, and working with overdue debt; 12) Developing individual commercial proposals based on a deep understanding of the needs of a specific corporate client; 13) Participating in the development of the strategy for working with key clients: proposing new formats of cooperation that can benefit both parties in the long term.
Requirements
- Higher education (Economics, management, international relations); - Proficiency in English and Chinese (Advanced level for English, HSK 5 6 level for Chinese). Confident command of business and contract vocabulary, ability to conduct negotiations, draft and review documents; - Communication skills: conducting negotiations at the level of top executives (directors, business owners), defending the company's interests while seeking mutually beneficial solutions. - Deep knowledge of complex sales methodologies. Experience in sales in the international market or with foreign partners; - Managing a client base, ability to manage several client projects simultaneously, control deadlines and resources, and involve related departments (lawyers, logisticians, production) in the process; - Knowledge of office programs, confident use of a PC. Personal qualities: - Strategic thinking, communication skills, stress resistance, result-oriented; - Responsibility, organization, ability to work in a team; - Ability to plan and prioritize, high self-organization.
