Logistics Specialist
- Organization of the delivery process for goods, raw materials, or finished products within established deadlines and with minimal costs. Control of transportation, storage, and cargo distribution processes; 2. Searching, selecting, and concluding contracts with transport companies, warehouse operators, and other counterparties; 3. Conducting tenders for international transport suppliers of raw materials (including product assemblies, blanks, coatings for ordinary/dangerous goods, accessories for drilling tools, etc.); 4. Planning and forecasting freight transportation, route optimization; 5. Maintaining documentation (contracts, waybills, customs declarations, invoices); 6. Monitoring cargo movement and controlling their storage at all stages of the logistics chain; 7. Performing economic calculations for logistics operations and justifying them to management; 8. Working with claims, resolving conflict situations with partners; 9. Participating in interaction with other departments of the enterprise (sales, procurement, production) to ensure uninterrupted operation.
Requirements
Higher education (Management, Business); - Proficiency in English and Chinese languages (Advanced level for English, HSK 5 6 level for Chinese). Confident command of business and contract vocabulary, ability to conduct negotiations, draft and verify documents; - Knowledge of the legislation of the Russian Federation and international norms regulating freight transportation, customs clearance, and foreign economic activity; - Knowledge of the principles of the transport services market functioning, rules for processing transport, warehouse, and financial documentation. - Knowledge of the specifics of transportation by various modes of transport (road, rail, air, sea); - Fundamentals of economics, management, and production organization; - Knowledge of office programs, confident use of a PC. Personal qualities: - Communicativeness, stress resistance, result-oriented; - Responsibility, organization, ability to work in a team; - Initiative, ability to learn and develop; - Ability to plan and prioritize, high self-organization.
