Lead IT Solutions Analyst

Documentation support for IT projects, participation in forming the package of necessary project documentation; Preparation of data for internal processes, procedures, and reports during the implementation of IT projects; Collection and processing of quantitative and qualitative indicators; Analysis and assessment of quality and efficiency indicators of project work; Processing of statistical data; Development of demonstration materials, preparation of presentations; Maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues and clients; Use of internal and external resources to obtain and process necessary information; Mastering and using existing and new methods and tools to improve the productivity and quality of the project team's work; Participation in the preparation of reports and documents using intra-corporate standards; Defining software requirements; Software design (development of software architecture design); Collection, processing, and analysis of information on tasks assigned by the Immediate Supervisor/Project Manager; Researching information on tasks assigned by the Immediate Supervisor/Project Manager; Transferring analyzed requests to the Immediate Supervisor/Project Manager; Analysis of context, organizational structure, and business processes to identify stakeholders; Analysis of requirements for the system and subsystem; Analysis of the problem situation of stakeholders; Transferring analyzed requests to the project manager for planning their implementation; Conducting analysis of proposals and comments regarding requirements for the system and subsystem; Developing updated formulations of requirements for the system and subsystem based on the results of the analysis.

Requirements

Higher technical education; Experience in the field of information technology from 3 years; Experience participating in consulting projects; Experience in software architecture development, writing software code, and integrating software modules and systems; English at Intermediate level; Knowledge in the field of project management for software development and support; Skills in training and coaching employees; Proficient skills in working with the MS Office suite; Ability to use programs for graphical display of analytical information and electronic databases; Team management experience; Understanding of the full cycle of research work and development of algorithms and software.
