Senior/Supervisor/Manager Sales Project (Western & Eastern Regions)

• Manage and supervise the sales team in the Western and Eastern regions
• Formulate strategies to stimulate sales according to company policies
• Responsible for presenting the company's products and services to customers
• Responsible for sales targets of floor tiles, laminate, surface materials, tile adhesive, and sanitary ware
• Responsible for preparing documents and media for product and service presentations
• Responsible for following up on payment collections
• Responsible for building and maintaining good relationships with customers
• Responsible for creating a new customer base to increase sales

Qualifications: Experience in project sales for floor and wall tiles, related product groups, or other products Good coordination and negotiation skills Good skills in using computers, MS Office word, excel, power point, office equipment, and email Good personality, patient, positive thinker, service-minded, sales-oriented, and has good interpersonal skills Can communicate, listen, speak, read, and write English at a fair level Can drive a car, possesses a driver's license, and has a car available for work use Able to work in the Western and Eastern regions
