System Engineer (IT)

• Maintain and manage the company's Infrastructure systems, MS 365, MS Team, OneDrive, and coordinate with the DST team (IT Singapore) on Cyber Security matters
• Maintain and manage the IP Phone (VoIP) system, CCTV system, and NVR, including troubleshooting related issues
• Propose the procurement of necessary hardware and software, and coordinate with Vendors and internal departments
• Inspect and maintain IT systems to prevent potential issues and submit relevant reports as scheduled
• Provide IT Support to users within the organization for both hardware and software
• Other assigned tasks

Qualifications: No gender restriction, Age 28 - 35 years old Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT or other related fields 3-5 years of experience in infrastructure / network / Router / Switch Configuration / wifi / firewall Good English language skills, able to communicate and correspond via text with Headquarters staff from Singapore / Malaysia Service mind and able to be flexible with working hours Mobility in traveling; having a private car will be specially considered
