Operations Quality Auditor

• Responsibility for managing and updating controlled documents • Coordination and follow-up of tasks with global and internal interfaces • Support in batch release processes and active operation of activities in various organizational systems • Regular updating and maintenance of packaging worksheets and controlled production documents • Integration of requirements and requests from global entities and transferring them to the relevant parties within the organization while monitoring task completion • Handling product destruction processes, including reporting in systems, inventory reduction, and required documentation • Routine work with various interfaces within the organization. Academic education or an Engineering Technician in a relevant field, full proficiency in Office applications, with an emphasis on Excel and Word. Very good English level (fluent reading, writing, and correspondence), ability to work with multiple interfaces and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP - an advantage.
