Compliance and QMS Quality Specialist

Management of schedule compliance for all Quality System tasks and professional user support; familiarity with all Quality System modules, user support in searches and reports, monitoring system performance, and managing time compliance according to relevant procedures.

Leading a record migration project to the new Quality System.

Analysis of the Quality System and metrics: Generating periodic reports of quality metrics (KPIs), trend analysis, identification of deviations or areas for improvement, and participation in the Quality Forum.

Leading the Management Review.

Management and control of the Internal Audit plan: Routine monitoring of the execution of the audit plan (Internal Audits), coordination with relevant parties, assistance in generating reports, and monitoring corrective actions.

Compliance tasks – Certification to conduct investigations of complaints/events/risk assessments/change controls and supporting departmental actions as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences/Engineering/Quality – Mandatory
• Experience in the field from a Pharma company/manufacturing company
• High orientation towards computerized systems
• Working in a dynamic and multi-tasking environment
• Thoroughness, initiative, analytical skills, and ability to draw conclusions
• Systems thinking
• Excellent interpersonal skills, responsibility, and commitment
