Spa Sales / Spa Consultant

• Greet and take care of customers visiting the spa politely and professionally
• Provide information and advice regarding various spa services, treatments, packages, and courses to suit customer needs
• Present and sell spa courses, packages, promotions, and various add-on services of the company
• Build good relationships with customers to increase opportunities for repeat purchases and course renewals
• Follow up with existing customers to inform them of promotions, encourage return visits, and present additional courses
• Contact and follow up with customers through various channels such as telephone, LINE, Facebook, Instagram, and the company's online channels
• Take care of walk-in customers and assist in coordinating bookings/appointments for services
• Provide after-sales service, listen to customer opinions and suggestions, and coordinate with relevant teams
• Manage personal sales to meet the targets set by the company
• Prepare sales reports, customer follow-up reports, and daily/monthly customer information
• Maintain the orderliness of the reception area and sales service points
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications: Female only, aged 23 - 35 years old Education: High School (M.6) or equivalent or higher Good level of English communication Good personality, polite speech, and possesses communication and presentation skills Has a passion for sales and service, and good interpersonal skills Has negotiation skills and the ability to close sales Is enthusiastic, proactive in approaching customers, and able to work under sales targets Able to use LINE, Facebook, Instagram, or Social Media channels to contact and follow up with customers If you have a customer base or experience in managing existing customers and closing course sales, you will be given special consideration Able to work in shifts and work on Saturdays–Sundays/Public Holidays If you have experience in selling spa courses, beauty clinics, fitness, Wellness, or service businesses, you will be given special consideration
