Brand Manager
Defining the mission, values, character, and unique selling proposition (USP) of the brand. Market analysis: Studying competitors, demand, consumer behavior, and trends. Identity work: Creating and updating the brand book, controlling visual style and Tone of Voice. Promotion coordination: Setting tasks for designers, marketers, and contractors, launching advertising and PR campaigns. Budget management: Planning marketing expenses, controlling actual spending, and evaluating the effectiveness of invested funds. Metrics analytics: Tracking brand awareness, audience loyalty, and sales dynamics.
Requirements
Marketing analytics: Ability to study the target audience, competitors, and analyze sales, average check, and market capacity. Strategic planning: Skills in developing positioning, brand platform, and long-term promotion concepts. Budget management: Creating a financial plan, controlling expenses (actual/plan), and allocating funds between channels. Working with tools: Proficiency in analytical software (e.g., Яндекс.Метрика, Power BI) and basic programs for working with data. Communication experience: Organizing advertising and PR campaigns, managing projects from idea to effectiveness assessment. Foreign languages: Knowledge of English (usually from Intermediate / B2 level) to work with foreign markets and trends.
