Experienced Accountant for a Yielding Real Estate Company

A leading public company in the yielding real estate sector is looking for an Accountant, reporting to the CFO and responsible for the accounting field.

The role includes central involvement in consolidated financial reporting (domestic and international), handling complex accounting issues, and working in a dynamic environment under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of consolidated and separate financial statements (quarterly and annual) and meeting closing deadlines.
• Responsibility for financial reporting and ongoing work with subsidiaries and professional entities abroad.
• Handling complex accounting issues, implementation of IFRS standards, and regulatory instructions for public companies.
• Reviewing valuations and appraisals, preparing tax reports, and working with external auditors, appraisers, and consultants.
• Performing financial controls and involvement in cross-functional projects within the group.

Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - Mandatory.
• Experience as an Accountant in a public yielding real estate company - Mandatory.
• In-depth familiarity with IFRS, securities regulations, and taxation.
• Experience in consolidated statements, complex corporate structures, and working with international entities - Significant advantage.
• Very high level of English and excellent command of Excel and financial systems.
• Ability to work in an intensive, multi-interface environment under pressure.
• Systemic vision alongside attention to detail and high analytical ability.
