Commercial Manager
- Act as a commercial negotiator, contract administrator, and procurement operations lead for construction projects.
- Coordinate with Thai government agencies, regulatory bodies, and public sectors to process project approvals and maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage project budgets, cost control, and prepare financial reports in accordance with Thai laws and company standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local partners, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Prepare and submit commercial proposals, tender documents, and project reports to clients and government agencies.
- Monitor all commercial activities to ensure compliance with Thai construction laws, labor laws, and tax regulations.
- Support project management in risk assessment and defining risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate between the Chinese management team and Thai agencies to ensure smooth project operations.
Marketing Engineer
- Conduct market research, analyze target customer groups, and trends in both public and private construction projects.
- Present the company's products/services to customers, providing consultation and technical support.
- Coordinate with public and private agencies in activities related to construction work.
- Coordinate with the on-site construction team to prepare necessary information as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications: Commercial Manager Thai nationality only. Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering only. At least 2 years of experience in commercial management or contract management within the construction or engineering business, with experience working on government projects or large-scale infrastructure projects. Industry experience will be specially considered for those with experience working in the top 10 leading construction companies in Thailand. English or Chinese language proficiency will be specially considered. Possess good knowledge of Thai construction laws, government procurement processes, and contract law. Have negotiation and stakeholder management skills, including financial analysis and project budgeting capabilities. If holding relevant professional certifications (such as Contract Management or Quantity Surveying) will be specially considered. Marketing Engineer Thai nationality only. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 1–5 years of experience in construction supervision or project coordination. Possess an engineering professional license, at least at the Associate Engineer level. Proficient in AutoCAD and basic programs such as MS Word, Excel. If having experience in technical, safety, or quality aspects in construction projects, including relevant professional certifications/registrations, will be specially considered. Good communication skills in English, both speaking and writing. Age 25–35 years. Experience in factory construction will be specially considered. Experience in on-site construction work.
