Senior Purchasing Officer

1. Plan, control, and execute the procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and related goods/services, both domestically and internationally, in accordance with production and business plans.
2. Manage and develop relationships with suppliers, including selection, evaluation, and performance review of vendors.
3. Negotiate prices, commercial terms, and purchasing contracts to achieve optimal cost, quality, and conditions.
4. Control purchasing costs and analyze raw material price trends, as well as Supply Chain risks.
5. Oversee the procurement process to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations (e.g., GMP, ISO, internal requirements).
6. Coordinate with relevant departments such as Production, Warehouse, QC/QA, Regulatory, International, and Finance.
7. Supervise, monitor, and provide guidance to the purchasing team to increase efficiency and develop team potential.
8. Prepare purchasing reports, analyze data, and present to supervisors to support decision-making.
9. Support Continuous Improvement projects and organizational cost-reduction projects.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications: Female, Age 35 - 45 years old Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Management, or other related fields. At least 7–10 years of experience in procurement, with experience at a supervisory or team management level. Experience in purchasing raw materials or packaging materials; experience in the pharmaceutical, food, or related industries will be given special consideration. Knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and cost control. Good English communication skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing). Proficiency in using SAP or other ERP systems. Strong data analysis, planning, and systematic problem-solving skills. Leadership qualities, good interpersonal skills, ability to work with multiple departments, high responsibility, and ability to work well under pressure. Experience in Import and contacting international suppliers. Knowledge of sales contracts and Incoterms. Experience in Supplier Audit / Supplier Qualification. Presentation skills and ability to prepare management reports.
