Operations Analyst and Planner

Your tasks

• Generating reports, data analysis, and monitoring metrics.
• Inventory forecasting and planning according to sales and customer needs.
• Control over inventory levels, expiration dates, and excess stock.
• Ongoing work and coordination with sales, procurement, orders, logistics, customers, and suppliers.
• Management and monitoring of cross-organizational processes and tasks.
• Identifying gaps, flagging exceptions, and recommending solutions.
• Examining existing workflows and promoting improvements.
• Handling foreign procurement.
• Relevant Bachelor's degree: Industrial Engineering and Management / Economics / Logistics – Mandatory
• Very high proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot
• Experience working with Priority and Power BI – Advantage
• High analytical ability and ability to work with data
• High verbal ability, excellent expression, and the ability to convey messages clearly and effectively
• Ability to work with and drive multiple interfaces
• Order, organization, attention to detail alongside systemic vision
• High service orientation and personal responsibility
• High level of English
• Familiarity with the healthcare field in Israel and/or biological/medical background – Advantage
• Previous experience in planning, control, analysis, or a cross-organizational operational role – Advantage
