Service Coordinator (Maternity Leave Cover)

For Medtechnica, one of the leading companies in Israel in the field of medical equipment, a Service Coordinator is required for maternity leave cover for six months • Responsibility for the technical service process for customers: receiving service calls, managing service engineers' schedules, performance control and customer updates, closing the call and billing • Management of the Back Office process, working in interface with customers and company departments (Sales, Logistics, Finance, etc.) • Operational assistance to the team manager, as needed • Working with advanced information systems, ERP system, BI system, information systems of medical device manufacturers and customers, etc. • Generating reports and data analysis as needed • Bachelor's degree graduate – advantage • Full proficiency in Office - mandatory • Knowledge in Excel (at the level of formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot) – advantage • Experience working in Priority – advantage • Very good level of English - mandatory • High service orientation, ability to work independently and in a team, ability to work in a dynamic environment and multitasking
