BOI & Logistic Officer

1. Release / Import Spare part and Material under eMT/RMTS import.
2. Cut raw material accounts imported for production and cut finished goods accounts for export each month within the deadline.
3. Receive approval documents for rights usage and submit them to agents for import customs clearance procedures.
4. Prepare weekly raw material import reports.
5. Monitor and ensure the company complies with BOI conditions and privileges.
6. Coordinate import matters with the Purchasing team and other related teams.
7. Check billing documents.
8. Apply for various import product certification documents.

Qualifications: Male / Female, aged 22 years and above. Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics Management or other related fields. Experience in BOI, import, and export work will be given special consideration. Proficiency in computer programs (Excel, Word, Power Point, Internet, Outlook etc.). Basic knowledge and ability in English (Speaking, Reading, Writing). High responsibility, punctual, detail-oriented, and honest. Able to work under pressure.
