Production Engineer (Filter & Sintering)

• Control and monitor daily production in the Sintering & Filter processes to ensure compliance with plans, quality, and delivery schedules
• Plan and control Production Capacity while managing manpower, machines, raw materials, and resources appropriately
• Inspect machine readiness and coordinate with Maintenance/Engineering to reduce Machine Downtime
• Control production according to WI / Quality Standard to reduce Defect and Rework
• Analyze and solve problems using 5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto, RCA, PDCA
• Monitor and improve Productivity, Yield, Cycle Time, Downtime, and OEE
• Implement 5S, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement, and Cost Reduction activities
• Control operations regarding Safety, Environment, and company regulations
• Coordinate with Production, QA, Maintenance, Engineering, Planning, Warehouse, and Purchasing
• Prepare Daily Production Reports including summaries of problems, causes, and solutions
• Support ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 systems, including employee training and development

Qualifications: Male, aged 25 years or older Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Metallurgical Engineering / Welding or related fields At least 3 years of experience in Production / Manufacturing / Process Engineering Experience in Automotive, Sintering, Powder Metallurgy, or Filter Manufacturing industries will be specially considered Knowledge of Production Process, Problem Solving, Quality System, and Continuous Improvement Ability to read Mechanical / Engineering Drawing well Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and able to analyze data/prepare reports Basic knowledge of machinery and metal processes such as Lathe, Press Brake, Shearing, Wire Cut, and Welding Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, TPM, 5S, OEE, and Cost Reduction will be specially considered Strong analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and ability to work under pressure Basic English communication skills
