Engineer (Assembly)

Your tasks

• Control and monitor daily production activities in Assembly processes.
• Plan production schedules and allocate manpower to ensure timely delivery and productivity targets.
• Monitor machine readiness and coordinate with related departments to prevent downtime.
• Ensure product quality aligns with required standards and support defect reduction initiatives.
• Promote safety, 5S, and continuous improvement within the production floor.
• Prepare and report daily production performance to the Production Manager or Plant Management.

Requirements

1. Male, age 25 years or older
2. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, welding engineering, metallurgical engineering. or a related field
3. Minimum 3 years of experience in production supervision (Experience in Sintering/Filter process is a plus
4. Knowledge of standard machines: Lathe, Press Brake, Shearing Machine
5. Proficient in using computer programs such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and MS Office.
6. Able to communicate in English (basic level)
7. Have knowledge of basic factory machinery, such as (lathe) , (Press Brake) , (Shearing Machine)
8. High responsiveness, can work under pressure and work well with others.
9. xperience in the automotive industry or in the sintering/filter process will be given special consideration.
