Section Head (Offset Printing & Packaging) based in Sinsakhon

• Check the readiness of the department to allocate machinery and personnel appropriately and in accordance with the production plan or the BU business policy

• Control the operations of employees to ensure correctness according to the work manual

• Control production quality to meet product Spec requirements

• Evaluate and control the use of various resources in production

• Evaluate and inspect the use of machinery and production equipment

• Evaluate and inspect the output achieved compared to the production plan

• Cooperate in solving problems and finding preventive measures for production problems

• Plan, control, inspect, and monitor PI operations

• Control operations according to ISO, GMP, HACCP requirements

• Control operations according to standards and other related policies

• Participate in and promote/support company activities

• Perform other duties as assigned

• Plan and improve/develop personnel in the printing unit

Qualifications: Male or Female, aged 30-45 years Bachelor's degree in Printing and Packaging, Printing Technology, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields 3-5 years of experience or more in printing house production or printing management Experience in team management Not color blind English language skills ISO, GMP, BRC, and various printing standards Able to use color measurement tools (Spectrophotometer) Able to use Word, Excel, Power Point programs
