Sales Supervisor at Sinsakorn Factory

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Plan, monitor, and drive sales to meet company targets, while regularly analyzing and evaluating the sales team's performance.

1. Manage, support, and develop the sales team, including coordinating with relevant departments to ensure the sales process operates efficiently and achieves goals.

1. Follow up after sales, assess customer satisfaction, collect feedback, and work with the sales team to analyze problems, while determining ways to improve service and continuously build customer satisfaction.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Packaging Technology and Materials, Printing Technology, Marketing, Sales, or other related fields. Gender unspecified, age not exceeding 40 years. At least 1–2 years of experience in packaging sales, such as Offset Carton, Sticker, or Flexible. Able to communicate in English. Strong communication skills and good interpersonal skills. Must have a personal car (with a driver's license).
