Production Manager : Paper Trading (CSK3 ประจำนิคมสินสาคร)

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee our paper converting and trading operations. You will be responsible for leading the production team, optimizing machine efficiency, and—most importantly—managing raw material yields to ensure maximum profitability in a fast-paced trading environment.

Key Responsibilities 1) Production Planning: Oversee daily/weekly production schedules to ensure on-time delivery to customers. 2) Efficiency & Optimization: Streamline converting processes (Slitting, Cutting, Rewinding) to achieve peak output. 3) Cost & Waste Control: Monitor raw material usage and implement strategies to minimize paper waste/scrap. 4) Quality Control: Ensure all finished goods meet strict quality specifications and customer requirements. 5) Leadership: Manage and mentor production staff, ensuring a safe and high-performing work environment (Safety First). 6) Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate preventive maintenance for machinery to minimize downtime. 7) Inventory Management: Work closely with the warehouse team to track paper rolls and finished stock levels.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related technical field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Paper, Packaging, or Printing industries. At least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Proficient in ERP systems and Excel for production data analysis. Knowledge of ISO 9001, LEAN, or 5S methodologies.
