Financial Planning & Analysis Manager ประจำสีลม

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business performance analysis to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
• Partner closely with Commercial, Sales, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to improve profitability, drive performance, and support key business initiatives.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying risks, opportunities, cost-saving initiatives, and margin improvement opportunities.
• Monitor manufacturing costs, product profitability, operational efficiency, and key business drivers.
• Support cash flow forecasting, working capital management, liquidity monitoring, and foreign exchange exposure analysis.
• Prepare management reports, KPI dashboards, and executive presentations, while supporting finance transformation and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. 8+ years in Finance with strong experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, Business Finance, or Controlling. Experience partnering with senior management and cross-functional teams. Background as FP&A Manager, Finance Business Partner, Business Controller, or similar roles. Manufacturing experience (Industrial, Packaging, FMCG) is highly preferred. Strong in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and profitability/cost analysis. Experience with SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, and Power BI is an advantage. Treasury exposure (cash flow, working capital, FX) is a plus. Strong analytical, commercial, and business partnering skills. Hands-on, proactive, and able to drive performance improvements. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
