Procurement and Sourcing Supervisor (Leather Goods & Accessories)

1. Collect purchase requisitions from both domestic and international business units, as well as verify the accuracy of purchase document details to be used for procurement planning.
2. Source new raw material sources by considering raw material quality, appropriate pricing, fast service, and on-time delivery.
3. Consider selecting and evaluating SUPPLIERS that are high quality and meet the standards set by the company.
4. Coordinate the ordering of raw materials; in the case of new raw materials, send raw material samples to the requesting unit for APPROVE before proceeding with the purchase (if any).
5. Follow up on purchase results to ensure raw materials are received according to the required time.
6. In the case of fabric, it must be sent to the fabric QC unit to test physical properties, and the fabric testing laboratory must verify whether it passes before being used in production.
7. If it is a new raw material, send the raw material sample along with the code to the Warehouse unit to serve as a SPEC sample for receiving goods.
8. If the ordered fabric or raw material is of substandard quality, a CLAIM must be made with SUPPLIERS to find a solution or process a credit note request.
9. Report performance results and summarize occurring problems to the supervisor.
10. Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. At least 3 years of experience in procurement. Honest, agile, resourceful, good interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, and possesses negotiation skills. Leadership qualities, Positive thinking, Open mind, and able to communicate in English for work purposes. Knowledge of garment and leather goods work will be specially considered. Able to work Monday - Friday, 08.00 - 17.00.
