Customs Service Warehouse Cold room (Fair English communication skills)

• Receive orders from customers and prepare goods issuance-receipt documents to be completed according to the daily plan
• Coordinate with customers and relevant parties for the receipt and delivery of goods according to the received plan
• Control the receipt and issuance of goods to be completed according to the daily plan
• Update information and the status of goods receipt and goods dispatch to inform supervisors
• Control the inspection of goods and ensure dispatch is correct according to documents
• Follow up and control the team's operations to be completed according to the operational plan
• Experience working in a cold storage warehouse will be specially considered**

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management or other related fields At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations *Experience in cold storage warehouse will be specially considered* Knowledge of warehousing and distribution Ability to work under pressure Ability to use computers and Microsoft Office programs Fair English reading, listening, and speaking skills Knowledge of GHP/HACCP systems Able to work shifts: 06.00-15.00 or 12.00-21.00
