Requirements

The subject being taught within the requirements of the federal state educational standards and the basic general education program, its history and place in world culture and science; Regulatory documents on issues of teaching and upbringing of children and youth; Work program and teaching methodology for this subject; Fundamentals of teaching methodology, basic principles of the activity-based approach, types and techniques of modern pedagogical technologies; Ways to achieve educational results and methods for assessing learning outcomes; Mastery of forms and methods of teaching, including those extending beyond classroom sessions: project activities, laboratory experiments, field practice, etc.; Objectively assess students' knowledge based on testing and other control methods in accordance with the real learning capabilities of children; Develop (master) and apply modern psycho-pedagogical technologies based on knowledge of the laws of personality development and behavior in real and virtual environments; Use and test special approaches to teaching in order to include all students in the educational process, including those with special educational needs: students who have shown outstanding abilities; students for whom Russian is not their native language; students with disabilities; Mastery of ICT competencies: general user ICT competence; general pedagogical ICT competence; subject-pedagogical ICT competence (reflecting the professional ICT competence of the relevant field of human activity); Organize various types of extracurricular activities: gaming, educational-research, artistic-productive, cultural-leisure, taking into account the capabilities of the educational organization, place of residence, and the historical and cultural uniqueness of the region
