Executive Secretary
- Manage appointments, meetings, and various missions of the executive to ensure they are appropriate and efficient.
- Prepare documents, information, and presentation materials for meetings or various missions of the executive.
- Prepare, verify, and systematically store documents, correspondence, and important information of the executive.
- Coordinate between the executive and internal departments, external parties, customers, and partners.
- Follow up on tasks according to the executive's instructions, along with collecting and reporting the progress of related work.
- Maintain confidentiality and manage the executive's information appropriately and professionally.
- Support and facilitate the execution of the executive's missions, including other assigned tasks.
Qualifications: Education Level: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Arts, Humanities, Management, or other related fields. Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience in an Executive Secretary or Executive Assistant role. Language Skills: Excellent English communication skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing). Proficiency in a third language (e.g., Chinese) will be given special consideration. Technology Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and various online communication tools fluently. Confidentiality: High professional ethics; able to maintain the top-secret information of the organization and the executive very well. Problem-Solving & Personality: Good situational problem-solving skills, good personality, and excellent interpersonal skills. Working Under Pressure: Able to perform task prioritization and work with time flexibility.
