Procurement Supervisor (Raw Materials and Overseas Procurement) Samut Sakhon

Procurement Supervisor 1 position *Responsible for purchasing fresh raw materials, both domestically and internationally

1. Responsible for the procurement and sourcing of fresh raw materials according to assigned policies regarding both price and quantity
2. Prepare advance raw material purchasing plans to prevent shortages
3. Prepare purchase orders, propose to authorized persons for approval, and distribute to relevant departments
4. Coordinate the receiving plan for imported / domestic raw materials with relevant units
5. Monitor department performance to align with KPI
6. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual summary reports for the department
7. Perform duties according to the job position, work rules, regulations, policies, and various announcements as specified by the company, including strictly complying with the requirements of the standard systems that the company has established or is certified under
8. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Good English language skills (Listening/Speaking/Reading/Writing) Good computer programming skills Ability to work in a team / Meticulousness / Negotiation skills 1-5 years of experience in procurement, in the food production industry, experience in overseas procurement will be specially considered TOEIC score (evidence if any) Patient, enthusiastic, and able to work well under pressure Training (if any) - Supplier selection and evaluation - Supplier audit - Import-export procedures
