Electrical Supervisor (Samut Sakhon)

1. Responsible for ensuring that electrical, steam, and air systems operate according to standards, including collecting and organizing documents related to quality systems, and supervising electrical maintenance work to ensure systems are in working condition and can support efficient production.
2. Control and perform breakdown maintenance for electrical, steam, and air systems to ensure they are fast and always ready for efficient use.
3. Supervise the maintenance of machinery, tools, and equipment related to electrical, air, and steam systems, both breakdown and preventive maintenance, in accordance with engineering principles.
4. Plan preventive maintenance for electrical systems, as well as monitor and inspect the results of preventive maintenance to ensure effectiveness.
5. Provide consultation and make decisions in conjunction with factory engineers regarding both breakdown and preventive machinery maintenance.
6. Collect and organize documents related to the quality systems used in the factory to facilitate inspections.
7. Provide knowledge to electricians and relevant employees on the correct use of tools and machinery, including machinery inspection and maintenance.
8. Analyze and troubleshoot problems, find causes, solutions, and preventive methods for issues occurring with machinery in coordination with production supervisors, and contact external technicians for repairs.
9. Develop and improve machinery and equipment related to electrical systems to achieve maximum efficiency in both usage and energy conservation.
10. Control the execution of maintenance work related to electrical systems to ensure it follows the defined plan.
11. Attend meetings with the safety committee to acknowledge problems, analyze them for improvement, and develop the safety system to be more efficient.
12. Perform duties according to the job position, work rules, regulations, policies, and various announcements as specified by the company, including strictly complying with the requirements of the standard systems established or certified by the company.
13. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Power / Electronics or a related field. At least 0 - 2 years of experience or more. Proficient in using various computer programs. Leadership skills, good interpersonal skills. Knowledge of maintenance for electrical, steam, and air systems in industrial plants / Knowledge of occupational safety. English language skills (Listening/Speaking/Reading/Writing). TOEIC score (evidence if any). Able to work overtime or in shifts, and can work in Samut Sakhon province. Other training history (evidence if any), Professional Engineer License.
