Sales Executive

A reputable logistics and cross-border trucking company—with an integrated network of branches covering Egypt’s key ports (Port Said, Alexandria, Ain Sokhna, and Damietta)—is expanding its business and investing in its New Cairo (Fifth Settlement) office. We are looking for an experienced AR Accountant to join our team according to the following core points:

1. Specialized Transport Billing: Issue transport and logistics invoices based on operational trip orders, including cross-border trucking freights, container port haulage, and land border crossing fees.
2. Reefer & Dry Invoicing: Accurately calculate and bill specialized refrigerated and Dry container fleet services, including Genset rentals, fuel consumption, and port plug-in fees.
3. Demurrage & Detention Enforcement: Perform technical audits and precise calculations of driver detention and container demurrage charges caused by site or port delays, fully enforcing contract terms.
4. Egyptian E-Invoicing Management: Fully manage the lifting and daily monitoring of all business invoices on the Egyptian Tax Authority Portal (ETA), credit/debit notes, and resolving system rejections.
5. Collection & Credit Control: Monitor outstanding receivables, coordinate with sales to enforce credit limits, send Statements of Account (SOAs), and implement strict schedules to accelerate cash flow and reduce overdue debts.
6. Subcontractor & Margin Reconciliation: Reconcile company billings against subcontractors' and external transport fleets' invoices to protect gross profit margins before collection.
7. Record Keeping: Accurately record customer invoices, credit/debit notes, adjustments, and receipts.
8. Financial Reconciliations & Closing: Perform daily/monthly, track dynamic customer deductions, and fully support month-end and year-end closing activities.
9. Reporting & Risk Analysis: Prepare weekly/monthly AR Aging Reports, analyze cash flow ratios, and highlight overdue or high-risk balances to provide strategic insights to senior management.
10. Audit & Tax Compliance: Maintain pristine documentation and full compliance with applicable VAT regulations, supporting internal and external audits by providing required AR reconciliations and supporting documents.

• Experience: 5-10 in Accounts Receivable or General Accounting (Prior experience in Freight

Forwarding or Trucking companies is highly preferred).

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and ERP systems (preferred).
• Transportation Flexibility: Full readiness and high flexibility to travel outside Cairo to our branches.
• Location & Availability: On-site full-time role at our Fifth Settlement branch, with immediate availability preferred.
